Our Board Members

  Clayton McGilvray – President

  Clayton is an entrepreneur, husband, and father. Clayton graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership. He and his wife, Jayden, own and operate multiple businesses while also raising their daughter, Parker. He is a resident of Bridgeport, Texas where he raises cattle and tends to his family’s land alongside his father and grandfather.

  Tony Redwine – Vice President

  Tony grew up on a dairy east of Decatur. He continued working on the dairy until 9 years ago when he decided to sell out. He is now in the cattle industry where he raises hay for his cattle. He is married, has two sons and one daughter-in-law.

  Chad Cox – Secretary

  Chad is a lifelong resident of Paradise, Texas. He and his wife, Nikki, have two children, Ali and Alan. He is a Commercial Claims Supervisor for Farmers Insurance. He also farms and ranches approximately 400 acres scattered throughout Wise County.

  Ken Dodson – Assistant Secretary

  Ken lives on a small ranch outside of Decatur that has been in his family since 1957. He is the President at Wise County Title Company, operates a ranch that runs Brangus cattle, and also has a breeding stable of 15 bulls that are leased for breeding purposes. He and his wife, Cynthia, have two adult children, Shay and Cheyenne.
